Slope & Hatch | Eagle

I was working nearby today and saw this new spot and figured I’d give it a try. Let me be the first to tell you this place does not disappoint! Honestly the best hotdog I’ve ever had in my life, homemade fries and such a cool retro atmosphere. I will be making this a go to spot from here on out! Thank you so much for the awesome service and amazing food!!!

Visited Slope & Hatch in Eagle—the vibe is relaxed, staff are friendly, and it’s a perfect place for a casual drink. I tried a few different hot dogs and it was really flavorful and the fries were freshly made and the ingredients on the dogs seemed of good quality and fresh as well , If you’re looking for creative comfort food and a comfortable hangout, it’s a solid choice.

Great addition to Eagle. Food was great, service was fast, and the atmosphere was really nice. Only thing I would like to see is a mix and match taco option instead of two of the same. Either way, excellent place. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, great comfy environment and fantastic service! Their tacos are completely loaded with flavor and very generous portion sizes! The vegetarian option are few, but delicious!

Honestly, wasn't expecting much but was pleasently surprised. Welcoming service and reasonable prices and most importantly the food was shockingly good!! I wish I lived closer because the hot dog and fries were . Also their mixed drinks are incredible delicious and smooth.. some of the best i had in a while. I recommend their tacos and fries as well as the not dog! Hope to come back some day.

Waiting for months for Slope to open!! I was so excited to be one of the first in for the soft open today…Aaaaand so worth the wait. I had the “Gringo Pastor.” A pulled pork taco with queso fresco and some pineapple salsa. It was so tender and juicy and just dang led delicious! Nothing better than a taco with a cold coke hecho en Mexico. And instead of chips I went with fries. This was a meal that was hot, gave me the feels and I’m looking forward to going back! In fact, I’m going back tonight to try a “Coney.” I also did a live stream on TikTok to get the word out. @dailyinspiredbyme1 I’ll keep trying things and get some photos up as I do. So awesome to have another great establishment here that is worth going to. I am so very happy I went back for the coney! It was amazing.

Great hot dogs! Amazing bartenders and the cocktails are on point! Love the atmosphere there as well! Eagle needed something new and affordable and Slope and Hatch delivered!
